What is Cardio club?

With a mixture of the latest cardio equipment these sessions are set to see you sweat with use of aerobic exercise, a great edition to your studio training.


HIIT / S&C

Fitness Level: All Abilities

WHAT IS HIIT/KETTLEBELL?

Another fast paced workout regime using functional movements in various ways to optimise maximum results. This class will see a mixture of bodyweight, Barbell and kettlebell use week in week out.


BODY TONE

Fitness Level: All Abilities

Duration: 45 minutes

BODYTONE?

These sessions are based around a barbell, bands, step boxes etc… with weight ranging from 2.5kg to 20kg. Expect high intensity sweating workouts aiming to tone that body.
